Position Summary

The Completions Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing well completion operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulatory and company standards. This role bridges office planning with field execution, working closely with field supervisors, engineers, and other operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning & Scheduling
  • Develop and maintain well completion schedules aligned with drilling and production plans.
  • Coordinate logistics for personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure seamless field execution.
  • Work with engineering teams to review well programs and ensure operational readiness.
  • Operational Execution
  • Oversee day-to-day completion operations including customer order request to shop supervision.
  • Ensure work is performed in accordance with company procedures, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor real-time operations and provide troubleshooting support to field teams.
  • Customer Management
  • Review and approve daily service reports, invoices, and job tickets.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure service quality.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Promote a strong safety culture and enforce HSE policies on location.
  • Ensure all activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in incident investigations and corrective action planning.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in completions operations (field or office-based).
  • Strong understanding of basic oil field hydraulics and oil & gas completion tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Proficient in scheduling and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI).

Pay: $100, $120,000.00 per year
