In the AT&T Sales Associate role, you're expected to:
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and support.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their telecommunications requirements and preferences.
- Advise and promote suitable products, services, and solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, technical support, compliance) to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
- Keep up-to-date on new products, services, and promotions to effectively inform clients.
- Perform market research to identify brand trends and opportunities.
To be qualified as a AT&T Sales Associate, you need:
- Previous role in B2B, customer service, or a relevant sales position preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively under pressure
- Drive and commitment to hitting weekly and monthly sales goals
- To thrive in highly competitive working environments
- Willingness to work in flexible schedules
- Reliable transportation (highly encouraged)
- A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
