We are seeking a Manager of Corporate FP&A to join our dynamic team The Corporate Planning & Analytics (CP&A) team serves as a key partner to the CEO, CFO, and the full Aon Executive Committee for all planning and analytics needs. CP&A demonstrate financial, strategic, and operational expertise and are a key 'go to' team for executives in the company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help set expectations for management and deliver timely financials, delivering strategic insight into the business's short, medium-and longer-term outlook.
The team is made up of high performing individuals that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to an Aon office and given the flexibility to work remote.

What The Day Will Look Like
- Strategic key partner across all regions and solution lines to provide a comprehensive and insightful view for senior finance and business leadership
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly management presentations
- Lead projects to streamline and centralize processes and reporting across the Finance organization
- Be a key contributor to Digital Transformation, leveraging technology and process improvements
- Support team engagement and development activities in line with our 3 pillars strategy: wellness, digital transformation, and career development

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Succes
- 5+ years of experience in corporate planning, business unit Finance, strategy, and operations
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Excellent analytical, financial, and business management skills with a deep understanding of P&L and cash flow management
- Understanding of Finance data flow and tools
- Investment optimization experience through business case development, portfolio analysis and post investment appraisal
- Ability to communicate and break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages
- A highly collaborative individual who can influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment
- Clear communicator with excellent written / presentation skills including experience in Board of Director materials preparation
- Proactive mindset and a relentless passion to win
- Global experience: broad and in depth international market and cultural perspective
- Ability to balance attention to detail and accuracy with tight deadlines on critically meaningful work

Pay Transparency Laws
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $105,000 - $125,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, Illinois. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
