This near-term opportunity is ideal for a self-starting, detail-oriented, and technically proficient individual having engineering experience with submarine or surface ship systems. You will provide direct support to Navy program leadership inside the Undersea Defensive Warfare Systems office. Surface ship and submarine torpedo defense systems are a key part of the work. A strong candidate will be highly proficient in consolidating inputs from multiple sources and program leadership into detailed, coherent products and documents used to inform senior Navy and DoD leaders as well as Congress. A candidate should have experience communicating and interfacing directly with senior leaders; leading efforts and tracking and completing multiple tasks in parallel; working independently with little to no supervision; and providing objective, independent critical thinking. This position will allow you to make a major difference across many programs within the program office.Work location: Washington DC, Hybrid (amount will vary)Travel:
