The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services team:

Summary of Role:

RTX is seeking a Business Analyst who will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and improving processes, and delivering clear, data-driven insights through reporting and visualization. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can translate complex data and business needs into actionable solutions that drive efficiency and alignment across teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Document and map key processes and governance

  • Maintain a centralized document library

  • Develop and present key KPI reports and metrics through PowerBI

  • Use PowerAutomate to design Power Apps and automate workflows

  • Collaborate across teams to build strategic roadmaps

  • Compose and publish release notes to drive awareness of work.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, or data reporting roles, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).

  • Experience creating process documentation, business requirements, and workflow diagrams.

  • Skilled in data visualization, reporting, and translating insights into business recommendations.

  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL or other data query tools is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Knowledge of Digital IT Infrastructure

  • Working knowledge of ITSM tools, data analytics, and governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) is a plus.

  • Experience creating use cases, and technical specifications

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
