As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while you deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $21.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon06:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by site, especially in chemical or petrochemical settings.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Assist with controlling access to restricted areas within the location as required by site-specific protocols.
• Support emergency response efforts by following established procedures and coordinating with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
