Are you a results-driven clinical leader with a passion for shaping nursing excellence across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)? We are seeking a Regional Director of Nursing (RN) to lead with purpose, build strong systems, and support facility teams in delivering the highest standards of care.

Position Base: Dallas/Fort Worth/Arlington Area

Travel: Required to surrounding SNFs as needed

Schedule: Full-Time | On-site leadership at assigned home facility with regional support expectations

What You'll Do:

As the Regional Director of Nursing, you will:

  • Lead and support Directors of Nursing across assigned facilities with a primary base in Arlington.
  • Be ready and available to assist during State surveys, offering on-site leadership when needed.
  • Implement and monitor nursing systems to ensure compliance, clinical consistency, and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with administrators to train, mentor, and develop clinical teams.
  • Proactively identify gaps, drive quality assurance, and uphold standards across multiple locations.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years recent experience in Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care leadership required.
  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Texas.
  • Strong command of regulatory compliance, clinical audits, care planning, and staff education.
  • Willingness to be based out of one home facility while providing support to others across the region.
  • Confident managing State survey readiness and response, putting strong systems in place.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
