We at Coforge are looking for an AI Advisory and Solutions Architect with the following skills.

We are seeking a strategic and client-facing AI Advisory & Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-scale AI transformation engagements, design AI capability blueprints, and drive business growth through advisory-led consulting.

This role blends AI strategy, architecture, and executive advisory - helping clients evolve from foundational Machine Learning and Generative AI toward Agentic AI systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is a strategic, client-facing role - not limited to technical delivery. You will advise C-suite leaders, architect scalable AI ecosystems, shape enterprise AI roadmaps, and drive adoption that balances innovation, risk, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Strategy & Advisory

• Strategic Visioning:
  Define an enterprise AI vision and roadmap that aligns with business objectives, regulatory context, and innovation goals.
• Capability Design:
  Develop AI capability blueprints and reference architecture, using industry frameworks and best practices.
• Maturity & Roadmapping:
  Assess current AI maturity (process, tech, governance, talent), identify gaps, and design a prioritized transformation roadmap.
• Business Value & Use Case Prioritization:
  Identify high-impact AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI use cases aligned with business KPIs and ROI.
• Governance & Risk:
  Establish AI operating models, governance, and policies for ethical, compliant, and responsible AI.
• Technology Strategy:
  Advise on infrastructure, platforms, and tools for scalable AI development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Executive Education:
  Evangelize and guide senior stakeholders on the implications of AI, Generative AI, and emerging Agentic systems.

Client Leadership & Engagement Management :

• Relationship Ownership:
  Serve as the senior engagement lead and trusted advisor to client executives.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Translate complex AI concepts into business value narratives for diverse audiences.
• Thought Leadership:
  Lead workshops, strategy sessions, and executive presentations to co-create AI strategies and blueprints.
• Team Leadership:
  Build and mentor multidisciplinary AI teams (strategy, data science, engineering) and cultivate AI literacy across client organizations.

Solutioning, Sales Enablement & Growth

• Growth Partner:
  Collaborate with business development teams to define and evolve AI go-to-market strategies.
• Pre-Sales Leadership:
  Lead proposal creation, RFP responses, and executive presentations, shaping solution architectures and value propositions.
• Consultative Selling:
  Identify opportunities for account expansion through new AI initiatives and partnerships.
• Innovation Enablement:
  Bridge emerging AI technologies (LLMs, agents, multi-modal AI) into pragmatic enterprise use cases.

Required Qualifications :

• Experience:
  15+ years in consulting, enterprise architecture, or AI strategy roles, including proven leadership in AI transformation programs.
• AI Expertise:
  Deep understanding of ML, Generative AI, and emerging Agentic AI frameworks; experience delivering AI capabilities into production.
• Strategic Leadership:
  Demonstrated success advising C-suite executives and connecting AI initiatives to business outcomes.
• Solution Architecture:
  Strong command of AI operating models, architecture patterns, data and model governance, and MLOps frameworks.
• Communication Excellence:
  Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Industry experience in
  financial services, insurance, or other regulated domains

• Familiarity with
  AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI
  frameworks.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS in AI/Data Science, or equivalent).
• Track record of
