Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Size and optimize vessels, pumps, compressors, and meters for crude oil, water, and natural gas systems.
• Support gas processing plant operations, including troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Lead gas plant projects, turnarounds, and contractor management.
• Maintain and optimize electrical infrastructure, including substations and generation plants.
• Provide programming coordination and support for Wonderware control systems.
• Work with regulatory teams to ensure emission compliance, permitting, and inspection readiness.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and cost tracking.
• Ensure documentation and compliance for plant safety programs and pressure systems.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant process engineering experience in oil and gas operations.
• Experience with gas processing plants, sulfur recovery, amine systems, cryogenic separation, and related systems.
• Strong technical background in equipment design, optimization, and plant troubleshooting.
• Experience managing electrical systems and generation infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with management and field teams.
