Miller Nash is seeking a senior litigation associate with five to ten years of practical experience to join our Litigation practice team in our Seattle office.

Practical solutions, innovative approaches, and persuasive advocacy are the touchstones of Miller Nash's litigation practice. We are actively involved in our clients' industries and familiar with the regulatory and business challenges facing those industries. We pride ourselves on our reputation for zealous advocacy and credibility.

We are looking for a team member who is hard-working and responsive, exercises good judgment under pressure, has excellent research and writing skills, is self-directed while maintaining the ability to work in a team environment, and will be ready to hit the ground running on pending cases and immediate client needs.

Membership in the Washington State Bar is required. Membership in the Oregon or California State Bar a plus. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available to all Miller Nash attorneys.

Compensation

  • Associate level based on years of experience: Compensation range from $182,500–$237,000 (before potential discretionary bonus)
