We are seeking ambitious and customer-focused Fragrance Associates to join our team at the Christiana mall . If you are motivated to make a lot of money, this job is for you. We offer Competitive hourly wage with HIGH commission and Bonuses.

As a Fragrance Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our range of luxury fragrances, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our fragrance products and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fragrance counter.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through product recommendations and upselling techniques.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system.
  • Stay informed about new fragrance launches and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a fragrance or beauty environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for luxury fragrances and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
