We seek a highly skilled and motivated Clinical and Technical Sales Engineer with a strong background in clinical and technical fields to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our engineering and clinical departments, ensuring a seamless experience for our healthcare clients. This role requires deep technical knowledge of our products and an understanding of clinical workflows and patient care needs. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical expertise, and offering clinical support to customers in the healthcare sector.

Requirements:

  • A clinical background (MD, DO, NP, or other related degrees).
  • Experience working with sales teams and in a customer-facing capacity.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of clinical workflows in primary care including ACO, MSO, medical groups, health plans, and health systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both clinical and technical teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and offer practical solutions in a clinical setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and product performance.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend trade shows or conferences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with healthcare IT systems, electronic medical records (EMR), or medical device integration.
  • Experience as a product manager or software developer
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software

Working Conditions:

  • This position may require travel to customer sites, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and customer needs simultaneously.

You don't need to meet 100% of the requirements to be a great fit. We believe in hiring people, not just checklists, and we value potential as much as experience. If this role excites you, we'd love to see your application

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities. Assist in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, solution presentations, and proposal development.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge of our products and solutions, tailoring them to meet the specific needs of healthcare clients in the primary care space, including ACO, MSO, medical groups, health plans, and health systems.
  • Clinical Insights: Understand and convey how our products impact patient care, workflow optimization, and clinical outcomes. Support the integration of technical solutions with clinical systems.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos for healthcare professionals during the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with the medical, R&D, and product teams to provide customer feedback, insights, and market trends.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and technical consultations. Provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and technical challenges.
