Atlanta, Georgia, United States Trashie Full time $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Location: Remote (USA)
Reports to: Head of Product

About Us:
We're Trashie — the platform that turns recycling into instant rewards. Every time someone sends us clothes, shoes, or electronics through our Take Back Bag or Tech Box, they earn TrashieCash — points they can use for deals and rewards from brands they love. We're growing fast and evolving how people interact with Trashie, expanding into new digital experiences that make sustainability feel personal and fun.

Join us in building the platform that makes sustainability second nature — and rewarding by design.

Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager to help scale Trashie's rewards and loyalty program. This is an execution-focused role where you'll translate ideas into features, manage the details, and ensure products get built and launched on time.

If you thrive on organizing, collaborating, and shipping products — and love the day-to-day work of backlog grooming, writing user stories, coordinating with design and engineering, and using customer insights and data to guide improvements and new features — this role is for you.

This position is ideal for a product manager with 3–5 years of experience, mobile app background, and an interest in AI. You'll be deeply involved in the day-to-day craft of product management, driving clarity, momentum, and quality across everything we ship.

Join us to help shape the next generation of reward experiences and bring Trashie's mission to mobile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution & Delivery: Own the day-to-day product process — define requirements, write clear user stories, manage the backlog, and ensure timely delivery of features.

  • Product Planning: Translate business goals and customer feedback into actionable product specs; keep priorities aligned and projects organized.

  • User Experience: Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure the app experience is simple, intuitive, and engaging.

  • Customer Insights: Gather feedback through research, surveys, and data; advocate for customer needs in product decisions.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and customer service to move features from idea to launch.

  • AI Curiosity: Stay engaged with emerging AI tools and trends

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager (mobile app experience required)

  • Proven ability to deliver features and products end-to-end in a consumer-facing environment

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; loves keeping workstreams on track

  • Clear communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally and bringing structure to teams

  • Interest in AI and new consumer tech trends

  • Data-driven mindset with good analytical skills

  • Energy and enthusiasm for execution — loves getting things done in a fast-paced startup environment

Benefits and Perks

  • Generous Health, dental, and vision coverage

  • 401(k) Enrollment
