Training Administrative Coordinator

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a creative and energetic Training Administrative Coordinator to organize and support the delivery of all training and health fair services for CuraLinc's employee assistance program (EAP) clients. The Training Administrative Coordinator is responsible for logistics, customization and delivery of all administrative aspects of organizational development services.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide Support with the Successful Delivery of Trainings to Include Staffing of Sessions Using Internal and External Provider Databases
- Coordinate Logistics with Training Providers Including Creating Provider Authorizations and Scheduling Reminders
- Coordinate Logistics with Client Representatives and Client Relationship Managers to Ensure Desired Scheduling, Promotion, Content, Attendance and Follow-Up Expectations are Met
- Assist in Maintaining all Presentation Materials to Ensure Consistent Branding and Thematic Style While Aligning with Client Customization Needs
- Maintain all Records Related to Client Interactions, Session Data and Other Organizational Services
- Possibly Provide Support with Moderating Virtual Sessions
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent Communication Skills Across Multiple Modalities
- Hard-Working, Results-Driven, Able to Work Autonomously in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Highly Organized with Meticulous Attention to Detail
- Familiarity of GoTo Webinar Platforms is Preferred
- Familiarity of EAP Expert is Preferred
