Responsibilities:

  • Program Oversight:
    Manage the procurement card (PCard) and fuel card programs to ensure smooth functionality and compliance.
  • Card Management:
    Handle issuance, cancellations, and replacement of cards for employees while maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Compliance Enforcement:
    Monitor and enforce program guidelines to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Cardholder Training:
    Conduct training sessions for cardholders and their delegates, educating them on program policies and proper usage of cards.
  • Transaction Auditing:
    Perform regular audits of card transactions to detect and prevent misuse or fraud.
  • Expense Management:
    Resolve issues related to cards and associated expense management systems, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • High-Volume Operations:
    Maintain program efficiency while managing several thousand cards within the organization.
  • Communication:
    Act as the point of contact for employees regarding questions, troubleshooting, and requests related to the card programs, ensuring clear and timely responses.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 2 years of experience managing and overseeing procurement/credit card programs.
  • Credit Card Life Cycle Knowledge:
    Comprehensive understanding of credit card management, including issuance, usage, auditing, and cancellations.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in Excel for utilizing VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and other data analysis tools.
  • High-Volume Management:
    Proven capability to manage programs involving substantial numbers of cards effectively.
  • Compliance Expertise:
    Strong knowledge of compliance and auditing standards related to PCard and fuel card programs.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train and resolve issues effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with expense management systems and tools.
  • Background in auditing or financial compliance.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced operations and high transaction volumes.
