Washington, Washington, D.C., United States All County Nova Property Management Full time $50,000 - $60,000 per year

You'll also support day-to-day operational needs—ensuring issues are handled quickly, records stay accurate, and tenants and owners receive professional, timely communication.

  • Oversee and coordinate all property maintenance, repairs, inspections, and work orders, with a focus on fast, effective resolution.
  • Manage tenant correspondence: move-in/move-out logistics, rent collection, billing, landlord services, and incident claims.
  • Track property performance and ensure safety compliance by correcting unsafe conditions promptly.
  • Conduct move-out inspections and manage deposit releases.
  • Maintain accurate property records and lease files.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and owners to coordinate repair projects and renovations.
  • Support tenant retention by ensuring satisfaction and timely communication.
  • Maintain updated data in Rent Manager or similar systems.

Qualifications:

  • Background in residential maintenance, construction, or fix-and-flip projects strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of property management, facilities management, or related experience a plus (not required).
  • No property management license required.
