Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our sales initiatives and leading a dynamic team to achieve outstanding results. Your passion for outside sales and technology will empower you to develop innovative strategies that resonate with our B2B clients. You'll harness your leadership skills to inspire your team while fostering strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business development and enhance account management practices.
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
- Engage in technical sales discussions with clients, showcasing our products' value and addressing their specific needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the company and our customers.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales objectives, maximizing outreach effectiveness.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through networking and outreach efforts.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in B2B environments.
- Strong management skills with a track record of leading successful teams.
