This role is more than just coding. As a full stack developer at Booz Allen, you'll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You'll help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have: 

• Experience with Elasticsearch, with Typescript, PostgreSQL, Redis, and SQL

• Experience with application programming interfaces (API) development

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Knowledge of best practices for front-end design and UI and UX methodologies

• Ability to work on client site

• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

• HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience with software engineering and development, or Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience with software engineering and development

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with containers, Java, Java Script, JSON, MongoDB, NestJS, Node Package Manager (NPM), XML, Typescript, Angular, or Spring and Hibernate 

• Experience with Open AI or other AI technologies

• Experience with OpenShift, Oracle, SharePoint, Solr, State management, or TypeORM

• Experience with VBAs, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Rag, Doc reranking, or vector searches and vector databases

• Experience with Semantic Search, Embedding Models, or Agentic Systems

• Experience with Amazon bedrock, S3, Dynamo DB, or Minio

• Knowledge of cloud environments

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• AWS Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
