Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead scalable solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence. This strategic role combines hands-on technical expertise requiring someone who can architect enterprise-level Salesforce solutions to other GTM systems. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our CRM strategy and ensuring seamless integration across our technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

As the Admin of Salesforce, you will oversee the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role requires a candidate who can balance strategic thinking with technical execution, managing complex projects while fostering innovation and collaboration across cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for establishing best practices, driving major initiatives, and ensuring our Salesforce platform evolves to meet the dynamic needs of our sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and operations teams.

Our team leverages technology to streamline business processes, improve cross-functional collaboration, and provide insights that power smarter operations. We aim to build a robust, scalable, and user-friendly environment that supports Anomali's continued growth through thoughtful and effective use of Salesforce and connected GTM tools.

What you'll do:

o   Customization & Configuration: Design and build scalable solutions in Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, and other declarative tools.

o   Salesforce CPQ Management: Administer and enhance Salesforce CPQ, ensuring accurate configuration of products, pricing, quoting, and approval workflows.

o   Data Management: Monitor and maintain data integrity, execute regular data audits, and manage updates or deduplication efforts across systems.

o   System Optimization & Maintenance: Manage platform releases, assess impact, unwind technical debt, and perform ongoing system performance improvements.

o   Troubleshooting: Provide timely and effective troubleshooting for Salesforce and GTM tool issues, resolving technical problems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous system performance.

o   Cross-Functional Enablement: Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing to translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.

o   Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across GTM teams by clearly communicating system capabilities, project process, and technical trade-offs.

Required Skills/Experience

o   7+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with demonstrated expertise in declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, approval processes, etc.).

o   Hands-on experience managing Salesforce CPQ.

o   Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and GTM process alignment in a SaaS company. SF Admin certification highly preferred.

o   Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions.

o   Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party GTM tools and maintaining system governance.

o   Ability to manage and drive data hygiene initiatives by bringing best practices around data governance.

o   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

o   Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with experience presenting technical solutions to executive audiences and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

o   Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, including resource planning, timeline management, and strategic alignment with business goals.

o   Experience with AI integration and emerging Salesforce AI capabilities, along with ability to leverage internal AI solutions to drive productivity improvements.

o   Business Intelligence (Tableau) and/or Gainsight experience is a big plus.

o   This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. The successful candidate must not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship to work in the US.
