Position Summary

A national industrial construction services company is seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Projects to support strategic financial initiatives and organizational growth. This role will oversee financial project management, ERP implementations, acquisition due diligence, and integration processes, with additional responsibilities in corporate insurance program management.

This is a hybrid position based in West Houston, TX, offering strong career growth potential and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage ERP accounting system implementations.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and support integration efforts.
  • Oversee the financial integration of new entities.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing accounting and financial processes.
  • Provide training on new systems, controls, and procedures.
  • Manage renewals and administration of corporate Casualty, Property, and Excess insurance programs.
  • Handle ad hoc projects to support overall finance and accounting operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management or project-based accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects from planning to completion.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with insurance programs (Casualty, Property, Excess) highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140, $150,000.00 per year
