About The Role
We're looking for
obsessive, fast-moving builders
to join as founding engineers and help take our product from early traction to full enterprise scale — from pilot customers to
tens of millions in automated transactions every month
.

You'll ship code fast, own ambitious projects end-to-end, and work on some of the hardest problems in real-world automation:

  • LLM orchestration pipelines that run business operations
  • Real-time integrations into dusty, legacy ERPs
  • Intelligent workflow automation that actually saves people hours every day
  • User-facing tools used daily in warehouses, offices, and factories

What You'll Do

  • Ship high-quality code fast — from idea → production in days, not months
  • Architect and scale systems that handle real-time, high-stakes data
  • Work directly with customers and see your code in action
  • Integrate modern AI stacks with ancient enterprise software
  • Help define engineering culture, best practices, and technical direction

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of professional engineering experience
  • You've been part of a hypergrowth startup (Seed → Series B) and know what speed feels like
  • You love shipping — and you care deeply about the craft
  • You thrive on ownership, autonomy, and solving real problems
  • You're excited to work on-site with a small team of elite builders
  • You want your code to matter — to move markets, not just pixels
