Overview

Calling all interested candidates who love to SALE and loves to talk to people. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively with potential customers and team members. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating leads and setting appointments with potential commercial customers while contributing to the overall success of our commercial cleaning business.

You control your schedule and set your hours to devote to uncovering leads and setting appointments. Schedules must be within a 8:00am-5:00pm window, Monday-Friday, no weekends

This is a 100% commission based opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Outreach to targeted businesses within your assigned territory to generate leads and schedule appointments for estimates.
  • Continued follow up with leads/potential customers to close the sale.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in a friendly manner.
  • Communicate service knowledge effectively to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
  • Uphold and become knowledgeable to company policies and procedures while promoting cleaning services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
  • Ability to update CRM database, send sales emails to targeted customers..
  • Familiarity with cold calling/lead generation is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • A positive winning attitude, strong work ethic, responsible and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
