Overview:

Superior Sounds Music (SSM), a small but growing music education and artist development studio based in Santa Monica, CA, is expanding We're seeking motivated, people-oriented Online Sales Associates to help enroll new students for our 2-Month Online Ukulele Holiday Workshop for Seniors, as well as additional private lessons and workshops for teens, adults, and beginners of all ages.

This is a flexible, fully remote, commission-based position that rewards initiative and outreach success. If you're great at connecting with people, building relationships, and getting results, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Reach out to senior homes, retirement communities, enrichment/activity directors, schools, and community organizations.
  • Promote online group workshops (starting with ukulele and expanding into other instruments).
  • Build and maintain partnerships with organizations that can refer new students.
  • Market workshops and private lessons through creative outreach and follow-ups.
  • Help grow Superior Sounds Music's private lesson roster by finding interested individuals and families.
  • Track leads, conversions, and maintain organized communication.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, outreach, or community engagement (especially in education, arts, or senior programs).
  • Experience working with senior communities a plus, but not required for all roles.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and confident reaching out by phone, email, or social media.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Reliable internet and ability to work remotely and independently.

Role Details:

  • Start Date: Ongoing (positions open immediately)
  • Workshop Duration: 2 months per session
  • Compensation: $30 per enrolled workshop student; $50 per enrolled private student (no cap on commissions)
  • Commitment: Flexible schedule; part-time, remote
