The Role

We're looking for a Data Scientist who is passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making. In this role, you'll design and build reporting systems, develop predictive models, and uncover market opportunities that help our clients succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of buyer behavior in the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing industries.
  • Use geospatial data to identify regional trends and growth opportunities.
  • Build and deploy predictive models to forecast market demand and customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to integrate insights into strategy and product development.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in data science, analytics, and machine learning.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
  • Familiarity with any of the following tools is a plus: Docker, Kubernetes, Supabase, PostgreSQL, PostGIS, ClickHouse, Airbyte, Airflow, MageAI, n8n, Dify, Langflow, Gemini, Claude Sonnet.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Passion for learning, innovation, and experimentation.
