Job Summary

JSA is seeking an experienced marketer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for working with multiple agency clients, supporting a wide variety of marketing initiatives and client campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities will include a mix of marketing strategy, content creation, media relations, digital marketing, project management, social media, lead gen campaigns and more.

Both employee and freelance positions considered. Options for both part and full-time work available.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support client accounts, including planning, developing marketing plans and coordinating with other members of team assigned to client account
• Create content for client communications such as press releases, email campaigns, case studies, marketing collateral and more (ensuring that all content aligns with a client's brand voice and messaging
• Create, edit, and manage website content
• Lead Gen campaigns, leveraging tools and tactics such as marketing automation / lead nurturing, drip campaigns, ABM and digital ads
• Draft award and speaking submissions on behalf of client
• Social media management, including crafting posts for Twitter and LinkedIn, and supporting growth of audience and engagement
• Media outreach and moderating client interviews with journalists & analysts
• Press pick-up reports
• Client and team agenda and calendar management
• Research Editorial calendars, speaking and award opportunities, and industry events

Qualifications

Candidate should have experience in both strategy and execution of multi-pronged marketing campaigns, including public relations, content marketing, email campaigns, social media and editorial calendar management. Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as comfort presenting both internally and to clients. This person should be an energetic self-starter capable of working independently or with an assigned client team.

General Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a PR or marketing role
• Agency experience or experience managing multiple clients or key stakeholders concurrently
• Industry knowledge (digital infrastructure, telecom, and data center sectors) and/or prior experience is a plus but not required
• Must be highly organized and able to prioritize
• Exceptional writing skills
• Ability to stay focused and accomplish tasks without supervision

Pay: $ $100.00 per hour
