We're seeking a highly organized, proactive professional to serve as the Office Experience Manager. This role supports executive leadership while managing office operations, employee engagement, and client experience initiatives. Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel logistics
- Prepare expense reports and handle reimbursements
- Schedule client meetings and renewal appointments
- Maintain registrations, licenses, and key documentation
Office Operations
- Oversee day-to-day office functions and vendor relationships
- Lead onboarding for new team members
- Manage office supplies, IT coordination, and workspace setup
- Ensure a professional, organized, and efficient work environment
Employee Experience
- Plan team events, celebrations, and employee recognition programs
- Develop onboarding materials and office process guides
- Maintain office budgets, PTO tracking, and employee milestones
- Support a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
Client, Partner & Community Engagement
- Coordinate appreciation gifts and relationship-building events
- Support client and partner meetings, communications, and follow-up
- Manage volunteer programs and community outreach initiatives
- Maintain a polished and welcoming experience for all guests
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience supporting executives or managing office operations preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Professional presence and ability to handle confidential information
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/HR systems
- A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset
