Senior Financial Reporting Accountant
.

This role is ideal for someone coming from audit or public accounting (Big 4/Big 10) who is looking for a high-visibility reporting role with technical accounting exposure, lease accounting, and support for acquisition activity.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and tie-out financial statements under US GAAP
  • Assist in drafting and updating disclosures and footnotes
  • Research new accounting pronouncements and support technical memos
  • Support accounting for leases and acquisitions (ASC 842 experience a plus)
  • Maintain related GL accounts and reporting systems
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, legal, tax, facilities, and integrations teams
  • Participate in internal controls and SOX compliance processes
  • Collaborate with external auditors and valuation specialists
  • Provide mentorship to staff accountants and interns

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience
    (public accounting / audit preferred)
  • CPA
    or
    CPA eligibility with intent to complete (CPA required for promotion)
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting
  • Experience with public company reporting a plus
  • Detail-oriented, strong communicator, and team-oriented mindset
  • Desire to grow within a high-performance accounting organization
