As a Power Platform Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing business processes by leveraging Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing workflows and driving efficiency across various public sector agencies. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into innovative solutions. A significant aspect of your role will involve extensive prototyping to ensure that solutions are tailored to meet the dynamic needs of the clients. Your ability to design and implement effective prototypes will be crucial in demonstrating the potential of Power Platform tools to transform business operations and achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Power Apps solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional app solutions.
  • Lead client-facing custom app development projects from conception to deployment.
  • Create and maintain demo environments that effectively showcase Power Platform capabilities and solution potential
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients, stakeholders, and executive audiences
  • Develop demo scenarios and use cases that align with client business objectives and industry requirements
  • Present complex technical solutions in an engaging and accessible manner during client meetings and presentations
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in verbal and written English communication, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and effectively communicate value propositions
  • Experience in creating compelling demo narratives that translate technical features into business benefits
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions to educate and empower users on Power Platform capabilities.
  • Experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Azure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, data integration, and data visualization best practices.
  • Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
