We are seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee subcontractor activities across our job sites. This role ensures all work is installed per scope of work and meets company quality standards. The Field Supervisor will perform daily quality checks, confirm that all hardware and systems are installed correctly, and provide clear daily reports to the Project Manager, Field Operations Manager, and Operations Manager while also supporting General Contractor job trailer meetings as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and to company standards.
- Conduct quality control (QC) inspections on all installations, checking accuracy, craftsmanship, labeling, and alignment (ensuring devices are level and properly installed).
- Identify deficiencies and direct corrective actions on-site.
- Enforce job site safety compliance and company installation practices.
- Document and report daily findings to the Project Manager, Field Operations Manager, and Operations Manager.
- Act as the liaison between subcontractors, general contractors, and internal teams.
- Support system commissioning and testing when required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory or lead installer experience in the security industry (access control, CCTV, alarms, low-voltage systems, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of hardware, wiring, and device installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, scopes of work, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Proven eye for detail—ensuring installations are clean, accurate, and professional.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- OSHA or safety certifications preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship and enforces high standards on every site. They can balance people management with technical expertise while building strong relationships with subcontractors, general contractors, and internal teams.
Physical Demands
This position requires physical activity consistent with a construction or installation environment. The employee will spend more than two-thirds of their time standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Approximately one-third of the time may be spent walking and engaging in verbal communication or listening. Frequent lifting and moving of materials weighing between 25 and 50 pounds is required.
Work Environment
This role may involve travel to project sites and exposure to a variety of environmental conditions. These may include outdoor weather, proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery, and the use of hand tools or hardware. Employees may be subject to frequent heavy lifting and other physical demands typical of a construction or warehouse environment.
