Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide exceptional patient care in a home community setting. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with a range of medical conditions, including hospice care, and ensuring their needs are met in the comfort of their own homes. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, a passion for caregiving, and a focus on medical documentation and medication administration.

**Duties:**

  • Provide patient care and support in a home community setting, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring the confidentiality of patient information.

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.

  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and meal preparation.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.

  • Ensure a safe and healthy home environment for patients and their families.

**Experience:**

  • Previous experience in home health care, hospice care, or a related field.

  • A strong commitment to patient care and a passion for caregiving.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with employment in a healthcare setting.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality.

**Skills:**

  • Experience with patient care and caregiving.
