**Job Opportunity: Customer Service Associate**

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are excited to invite you to join our team as a Retail Sales Representative

In this role, you will greet customers warmly, assist them in finding products, and create an inviting atmosphere. Your communication skills and friendly personality are key to encouraging repeat visits.

**Position Details:**

  • **Type:** Part-time (potential for full-time)

  • **Pay:** $14.00 per hour

  • **Hours Estimated:** 15 – 20 hours per week

**Responsibilities:**

  • Welcome and assist customers.

  • Provide accurate information about products and promotions.

  • Help customers make informed choices through up-selling and cross-selling.

  • Maintain an organized retail space.

  • Collaborate with team members for outstanding service during busy times.

  • Operate point of sale and assist with shipping needs.

**What We Seek:**

  • Experience in retail sales or a similar role.

  • Understanding of retail processes and consumer behavior.

  • Good typing, internet navigation, and math skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Shift Flexibility:**

  • 4-hour or 8-hour shifts available.

  • Day, evening, mid-day, and night shifts.

  • Weekly availability includes Monday to Friday and rotating weekends.

-We are hiring for the months of November - March.

**Location:**

Join us at our Orange Park, FL store at Blanding Blvd. Relocation to the area is required before starting.
