Job Overview:
The RN Clinical Informatics Manager is a member of the Clinical Operations Team. The primary focus is executing successful product implementations for CareView's virtual care solutions and supporting the client clinical leaders in integrating the solutions into their care delivery operations. The RN Clinical Informatics Manager plays a key role in supporting the sales initiatives as a subject matter expert and works with key stakeholders during the clinical design process to customize workflows, develop and provide education in preparation for go-live and provide clinical support based on facility-specific KPIs throughout the life of the contract.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Works with customers both remotely and on site to successfully implement CareView's virtual care platforms
- Virtual nursing workflow and integration design support leveraging electronic medical records (Epic, Cerner, etc.) and other care delivery platforms in use by our clients
- Virtual observation workflow design to facilitate our clients' patient and staff safety objectives
- Supports, as a subject matter expert, client policy development to support virtual care activities
- Identifies educational needs and provides clients with appropriate educational references related to product use
- Supports the delivery of end user training with confidence and passion
- Maintains and enhances curriculum with product information, clinical workflow recommendations, and materials for new products, enhancements, or services as appropriate
- Partners with the Client Success Managers to facilitate preparation for go live and ensure client satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication
- Successfully manages client expectations
- Detects potential issues and implements solutions when barriers to success arise
- Communicates authentically and builds strong relationships with executive sponsors and clinical stakeholders
- Presents information to various audiences at various levels within the client's organization
- Analyzes client and industry data to support KPI measurement and identify goal achievement and opportunities
- Participates in other projects and duties as required
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- Active RN license (ADN or BSN) in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of hospital-based, clinical experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Strong affinity to understanding existing technologies and learning new technologies.
- Competent in clinical analysis
- Highly motivated problem solver
- Works independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects and varying priorities
- Transitions easily between independent work and team involvement
- Quickly identifies client needs and implements improvement plans accordingly
- Excellent communication skills across multiple organizational levels
- All CareView Communication employees that are required to enter any hospital facilities must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
Preferred Experience:
- Clinical education content development
- Technology / system implementation including Epic navigation and integration
- Using Visio software for process mapping
- End user training
- Providing customer support
Travel Requirements:
- Extensive (50%-75%)
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $65, $85,000.00 per year
