Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist to join their team. As a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist, you will be part of the Loan Operations Department supporting the Loan Closing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and experience working with loan closing systems, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Manage the loan closing process ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth loan documentation and funding
  • Utilize loan closing systems such as nCino and CoMET to process transactions efficiently
  • Handle peak funding and closing periods with professionalism and precision
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation throughout the loan closing lifecycle

What's Needed?

  • At least 1 year of loan closing experience, preferably in a commercial lending environment
  • Knowledge of loan booking processes and loan documentation
  • Experience with loan closing systems such as nCino and CoMET is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
