About the Role:
QASM Digital isn't your average marketing agency — we're a production house, a strategy lab, and a collective of creatives who refuse to do "cookie-cutter." We exist for artists, entrepreneurs, and brands who want to scale without selling out. Our approach? Storytelling first, algorithms second. We craft bold, soulful narratives that live across digital, experiential, and cultural touchpoints — because the best brands don't just sell, they perform.
One day we're helping an indie musician turn their audience into superfans, the next we're guiding a SaaS brand through a rebrand that actually resonates. Whether it's an intimate supper-club experience with live R&B or a full-scale digital campaign, we create worlds where brands feel like classics the moment they launch.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage events from concept to completion, including creative ideation, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Develop and execute event marketing campaigns — both digital (social media, email, influencer partnerships) and field-based (street teams, flyers, collaborations) to drive ticket sales and attendance.
- Acquire and maintain client and sponsor relationships, identifying partnership opportunities and community collaborations.
- Coordinate with internal teams on creative direction, branding, and promotional assets to ensure a cohesive event experience.
- Manage ticket sales strategies, tracking conversions and optimizing promotional timelines.
- Oversee event logistics, including staffing, scheduling, set-up, and breakdown.
- Monitor performance metrics to assess campaign success and attendee satisfaction.
- Recruit and manage local entertainers, hosts, and creative talent for live events, ensuring each lineup reflects QASM's brand aesthetic and audience appeal. Handle outreach, booking, and coordination to deliver a high-quality entertainment experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or promotions, preferably in the entertainment, nightlife, corporate, or marketing industries.
- Strong understanding of digital and field marketing, public relations, social media, and community engagement.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms, local venues, and vendor management.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, music, and experiential events.

Compensation:
Base pay plus performance incentives and commission on ticket sales or sponsorships.
