Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead tax compliance, planning, and consulting engagements for our clients. This key leadership position oversees a team of tax professionals, ensuring exceptional service quality, strong client relationships, and continuous team development. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical tax expertise, strong communication skills, and a client-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and non-profit organizations.

· Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to a diverse client base.

· Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff and seniors, offering technical direction and performance feedback.

· Serve as the primary client contact on tax matters, maintaining and strengthening client relationships.

· Conduct detailed tax research and stay updated on federal, state, and local tax law changes; communicate key developments to clients and internal teams.

· Coordinate engagement teams to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met.

· Support partners in business development, including proposal preparation and client presentations.

· Ensure all work adheres to firm policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; Master's in Taxation or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

· Active CPA license required.

· 5–7 years of progressive tax experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within public accounting.

· Strong technical proficiency in federal, state, and local tax regulations.

· Skilled in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CCH Axcess or similar platforms preferred.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: $98, $118,774.81 per year
