Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to support a federal government customer partner in a remote capacity. The Full Stack Developer will focus on building scalable, secure, and mission-critical applications using modern Java and React technologies.

Responsibilities for the Full Stack Developer include:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS.
  • Build and document RESTful APIs to support frontend-backend integration.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver iterative enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across environments.
  • Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and cloud-native deployments (AWS).
  • Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility standards.
  • Contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.

Qualifications for the Full Stack Developer include:

  • 2+ years of overall experience preferred in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
  • Experience with ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or SonarQube.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Compensation for the Full Stack Developer include:

  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 *depending on experience*
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
