We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Operations and Outreach Manager to lead our community engagement initiatives and streamline operational processes. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of outreach programs, volunteer coordination, and administrative functions. As a key leader within our organization, you will drive impactful programs that foster community connections, promote public health, and support our mission to serve diverse populations. Your energetic leadership will inspire teams, enhance program development, and ensure the efficient delivery of services that make a real difference.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate outreach strategies to expand community engagement and awareness of organizational programs.
- Lead public speaking engagements, presentations, and community events to promote our mission and foster partnerships.
- Coordinate project management efforts across multiple initiatives, ensuring timely execution and resource allocation.
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing efforts to increase visibility and engagement with target audiences.
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to program outcomes, volunteer activities, and outreach effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with public health professionals, social workers, addiction counselors, educators, and other stakeholders to strengthen program impact.
- Provide training sessions on topics such as addiction counseling techniques, public health issues, social work practices, or other relevant areas as needed.
- Foster a positive team environment through leadership that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Requirements
- Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to engage varied audiences confidently.
- Demonstrated success in program development from conception through implementation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under deadlines.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies including social media management and digital outreach tools.
- Experience in data collection methods and analyzing metrics for program evaluation purposes.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation for community engagement campaigns.
- Background in addiction counseling or public health is advantageous for understanding client needs and service delivery.
- Understanding of social work principles along with leadership qualities that inspire teams toward shared goals.
- Administrative experience including record keeping, scheduling software proficiency, budgeting basics, and organizational compliance.
