About Wooffy
Wooffy is a design-driven lifestyle brand specializing in high-end indoor dog houses and pet furniture that merge modern aesthetics, craftsmanship, and functional design. Our mission is to redefine the pet home experience through products that are not only functional but also serve as pieces of art — designed to complement modern living spaces.
Given our niche in design, home décor, and lifestyle branding, Wooffy's communication and marketing efforts must reflect a deep understanding of design aesthetics, fashion sensibilities, and brand storytelling.
Position Summary
The Public Relations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping and communicating Wooffy's brand narrative across design, fashion, and lifestyle media.
This position requires a specialized background in luxury branding, fashion merchandising, and design management to effectively translate the brand's design philosophy into compelling communication strategies that resonate with style-conscious consumers.
This is not a generic marketing role; it is a specialized communication function within the design and luxury industry that demands both creative and analytical expertise developed through academic training in fashion or design-related management programs.

- Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and pitch decks to secure media coverage.
- Trend Research & Market Insights
- Conduct research on design, lifestyle, and fashion trends to inform campaign direction.
- Analyze consumer behavior and cultural aesthetics to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Visual and Aesthetic Consistency
- Collaborate with designers and photographers to ensure that all marketing visuals reflect Wooffy's brand aesthetics.
- Provide art direction for product photoshoots, lookbooks, and social campaigns.
- Content Development & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute multi-channel PR and marketing campaigns (social media, influencer collaborations, email storytelling).
- Oversee brand content calendars, ensuring the visual and narrative consistency of all assets.
- Event & Collaboration Coordination
- Assist in planning design exhibitions, pop-up events, and collaborations with lifestyle or interior brands.
- Coordinate logistics, creative direction, and media outreach for these events.
