Join us as a Sr. Salesforce Consultant and play a pivotal role in enhancing business functionality and performance through Salesforce modules. This is a fantastic opportunity to work both onsite and remotely in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of Salesforce modules to boost client business functionality and performance.
  • Design, configure, and test various Salesforce modules tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Execute complex assignments, developing new or improved procedures as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the organization and adhere to all standards.

Skills

  • Proven experience in building user profiles, permission sets, and groups.
  • Strong ability to articulate process building in Salesforce to business stakeholders and IT counterparts.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and reverse engineering Salesforce flows.
  • Experience configuring Sales Cloud-specific functionality.
  • Familiarity with deploying change sets and managing change in complex environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in facilitating Salesforce module implementations.
  • Experience in analyzing and improving business processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
