The Crown Is Yours

As a Lead Analyst on the Casino Analytics team, you'll be working with the Gaming Operations team to ensure all of our games are working as intended. Through a deep understanding of casino gameplay data you will understand how players identify and take advantage of errors or other vulnerabilities. Through statistical analysis and dynamic dashboards, you'll empower business and product partners to make informed decisions with greater speed.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain automated monitoring systems to detect anomalies in game performance and RTP (Return-to-Player) deviations.
  • Investigate recurring (or unexpected) player behavior patterns or game-level anomalies to determine whether they result from technical issues, game design, or player strategy.
  • Model and document optimal player strategies to better identify patterns of legitimate play versus potential exploitation and advantage play.
  • Partner with the Games team during the design and release of new titles, ensuring alignment between game mechanics and monitoring needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of all of our games, particularly those where a player decision can influence the RTP.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in analytics or data science.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
  • Ability to take on complicated problems and turn them into simple, analytical frameworks.
  • Expertise with SQL, Excel, and Tableau (or similar visualization tools).
  • Experience with R, Python, or another statistical programming language is a plus.
  • A strong grasp of casino games and player strategies across various types of games.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven trading environment.
