Business Development Manager
to expand its footprint in the
Charlotte market
, with a strong focus on
large enterprise financial clients
such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Truist, Ally, etc.

What You'll Do
- Drive new business development across enterprise clients in the Charlotte region, with a focus on IT staffing and statement-of-work (SOW) project services.
- Leverage existing relationships within large financial institutions —
ideally major enterprise accounts such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Truist, or similar
— to identify immediate opportunities for partnership. - Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and client engagement to proposal delivery, negotiation, and account expansion.
- Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams nationwide to ensure client satisfaction and consistent quality of service.
- Stay current with market trends, client initiatives, and competitive landscape to identify new areas for growth.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in IT staffing or consulting sales
, ideally focused on enterprise accounts within the financial sector. - Established relationships at large financial institutions
strongly preferred. - Experience selling IT staffing, consulting, or SOW (project-based) services.
- No active non-compete restrictions
that would prevent re-engagement with prior clients. - Entrepreneurial mindset — able to operate independently, build pipelines, and "hit the ground running."
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
