Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Location: Washington, DC (Union Station)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $21–$24/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations of the 1920 Merch retail store
  • Recruit, train, and schedule retail associates
  • Monitor sales goals and create strategies to increase performance
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with brand mission
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Oversee inventory and restocking
  • Ensure cash handling and POS procedures are followed
  • Communicate with headquarters on marketing and promotions

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of retail management experience (fashion or gift retail preferred)
  • Passion for women's empowerment and mission-driven brands
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication
  • Must be organized, reliable, and results-oriented
  • Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $24.00 per hour
