What's the Job?

  • Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to design and implement scalable software solutions.
  • Create prototypes to validate design concepts and prepare UML diagrams to illustrate current and future application states.
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC including analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Supervise and develop software applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
  • Provide strategic technical guidance and system architecture recommendations to enhance organizational capabilities.

What's Needed?

  • Over 8+ years of hands-on experience developing mission-critical, large-scale enterprise applications using Java/J2EE.
  • Proficiency with Java 21, Spring MVC, microservices architecture, and PLSQL.
  • Experience with RESTful services, SOAP Webservices, Apache Kafka, and relational databases like Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design, development tools such as Eclipse/IntelliJ, Maven, GIT, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and collaborating with distributed teams.
