Job Summary:

The Sr Finance Operations Analyst will provide finance and business partner leadership to the WSS manufacturing and Finance teams. This role will provide FP&A and manufacturing support for our ~$2b+ revenue segment and will assist with completing grounded Budget and Forecast submissions, business performance assessments, accurate make vs buy modeling, financial controls, compliance, and timely and accurate financial reporting, consistent with USGAAP and local reporting requirements. In addition, the position holder will provide support in identifying and implementing operational improvement opportunities and reporting analytics. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:  To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 

  • Strong operational and FP&A Finance reporting – actual, budget, forecast, variance analysis
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and measuring manufacturing strategy performance
  • Compile Monthly Operating Reviews for Manufacturing leadership
  • Strong analytical mindset, provide support for manufacturing strategy in our WSS segment
  • Instill a continuous improvement mind set and culture of metrics-driven decision making
  • Productivity: support / validate productivity savings with/from procurement and continuous improvement departments
  • Work cross functionally and assist with understanding and building SIOP process

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree with concentration in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Operations, or similar discipline; or equivalent experience is required. Masters of Accounting, or MBA, preferred
  • +3 years of experience in Finance, Operations, or relevant field.
  • Financial analysis experience in operational contexts (e.g., efficiency, footprint optimization, etc.)
  • A proven track record of KPI management, cross functional support, cost control, and operational productivity
  • Experience in presenting to management in a results-oriented culture
  • Effectively working in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to attract, recruit and develop world-class financial talent
