Role Description

We are seeking a personable, organized, and reliable
Client Service Manager
to serve as the first point of contact for clients and help generate business for Yanni Design Studio. This individual will oversee and enhance the client experience from initial calls to in person consultations, ensuring exceptional service at every stage.

The Client Service Manager also provides key support to management, assisting with business development initiatives, client communication and office operations. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for the luxury event industry, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships.

This is a full-time, in-office position located at our Wheeling Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all new & existing inquiries, guiding clients through the process and driving bookings
  • Manage and respond to all incoming inquiries and calls in a timely, professional manner
  • Support the front office with administrative and client-facing responsibilities
  • Provide scheduling support by managing calendars, client appointments, and preventing conflicts
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence with clients in coordination with Senior Event Designers
  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing with lead management, reporting, and other business development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Executive, Office Manager, or Client Service Professional
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and computer skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
