Legal Assistant/Clerical

Small Plaintiffs' PI firm seeking experienced legal assistant. Approximately 30 hours per week. Primary duties include ordering and organizing medical records and bills, creating medical chronologies, drafting correspondence, filing pleadings, processing mail, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and assisting in resolving subrogation claim. There is the opportunity to also do substantive paralegal work (write demands, draft pleadings, work with clients) for candidates who demonstrate the aptitude to handle these tasks. Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently. This is an in-person position in Pioneer Square; remote work is not an option. Salary DOE.
