Role Overview
As a Deal Sourcing Specialist with CGC, you will act as a strategic partner in identifying and introducing qualified projects and sponsors that align with our funding mandates. Operating as a 1099 independent contractor, you will leverage your relationships and industry insights to drive deal flow across diverse global markets.
CGC actively funds opportunities in:
- Commercial Real Estate – acquisitions, developments, logistics parks
- Data Centers & Technology Platforms
- Green Energy & ESG Projects – renewables, carbon reduction, recycling
- Infrastructure & Transportation – roads, ports, airports, rail systems
- Medical & Health Infrastructure – hospitals, devices, R&D facilities
- Food & Agriculture – agri-tech, processing, logistics
- Commodities & Trade – gold, oil transfers, BTC, structured finance
- Manufacturing & Industrial Facilities
Key Responsibilities
- Source and introduce qualified sponsors and projects that require structured capital.
- Bridge opportunities between developers, project owners, and CGC's investor network.
- Maintain compliance, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Collaborate with CGC leadership to ensure opportunities align with investor mandates.
- Cultivate long-term relationships that generate recurring deal flow.
Qualifications
- Strong professional network in real estate, green energy, infrastructure, commodities, or capital markets.
- Demonstrated ability to source high-value projects or sponsors.
- Understanding of private equity, structured finance, or trade finance preferred.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial, independent, and results-oriented mindset.
Compensation
- 1099 commission-based – highly competitive success fees on funded transactions.
