Our family owned and family friendly dealership is on the search for a customer-centered, self- motivated, courtesy driven people-person who takes pride in their work. Our Service Advisors play a vital role in our organization. This position often represents the first impression a customer makes of our company.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Interact with customers to determine their service needs and provide recommendations
  • Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs needed
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of services
  • Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on services provided
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing service flow

Skills:

  • Experience in service writing, preferably in a dealership setting
  • Knowledge of diesel engine repair, tire service, auto estimating, vehicle maintenance, brake repair, and alignment
  • Ability to upsell additional services or products
  • Proficiency in cash handling
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
