Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing care team. The ideal candidate is proactive, compassionate, and skilled in managing injured workers, performing evaluations, and coordinating treatment plans with physical therapy, psychology, and specialty care providers. This is a fully remote, independent contractor hire.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and follow-up visits.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic occupational injuries.
  • Develop and implement care plans in alignment with workers comp requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians and psychologists.
  • Complete required documentation, charting, and electronic medical records (EMR) updates.
  • Experience in telehealth is a plus.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and wellness.
  • Participate in clinic meetings and contribute to process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Active Washington State Nurse Practitioner License (ARNP) or wiling to obtain one.
  • Current DEA registration.
  • Experience with Occupational Medicine preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
