About the Practice

We are a Michigan-based telemedicine practice providing compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care with a light touch of dermatologic support. Our mission is to help patients feel safe, seen, and validated—supporting their emotional well-being while also helping them feel confident in their skin, inside and out.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP + FNP/AGNP/ACNP) to join our remote team. This role is ideal for a provider who is deeply trauma-informed, flexible, and passionate about whole-person care. The ideal NP combines psychiatric expertise with an understanding of how physical and emotional health intersect.

Patient Population & Services

  • Psychiatric medication management, encompassing conditions from depression to schizophrenia as clinically appropriate
  • Light dermatologic care, such as:
  • Prescribing tretinoin
  • Supporting patients with rosacea and similar skin concerns
  • Occasional reproductive psychiatry cases

Schedule

  • Start at 20 hours per week
  • Fully remote, flexible scheduling
  • Opportunity to expand hours based on patient demand and fit

Who We're Looking For

  • Dual-certified NP: PMHNP plus FNP, AGNP, or ACNP required
  • Licensed in Michigan and Florida (additional licensure a plus)
  • Deeply trauma-informed, empathetic, and grounded in compassionate care
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable practicing independently under a 1099 model
  • Excellent bedside manner — validating, warm, and intuitive
